Building The Perfect Group Tour
Think Group Size
Our Hughes 500 helicopters can accomodate up to four passengers at one time, while our Bell 407 helicopters can accomodate up to six. If you have a larger party, we can arrange to make multiple trips, or arrange the use of several aircraft. Also, don't forget to allocate space for large equipment or packages that will be taken on the helicopters.
Plan An Itinerary
Make sure you've decided what you want to see and do early on. This ensures you can get an accurate estimate and that all incidental costs, such as environmental impact fees and additional fuel charges can be accounted for. In addition, letting us know your plans in detail allows us to suggest alternatives which may offer a more impressive view, closer access, or a more economical schedule.
Make sure you know:
-
Do you want a round trip, or a one-way journey, using a bus or other means of travel on the return?
- What day do you wish to travel? In the morning or evening? You might also want to plan an alternate date, in case weather is uncooperative.
- Do you want to see specific beaches or lava flows? Which ones?
- Will you need a landing during the flight? If so, where?
Once you have a trip plan, feel free to contact our
Charter Department to get an estimate of the cost and to check for availability.
