Weight and age limits

• Passengers under age 2 are free when accompanied by a paying adult and riding in their lap.

To further our commitment to Guest safety and comfort we are introducing our new Capacity Surcharge (CS) program. This program replaces any previous policies regarding Guest weight charges. Guest weight is based on calibrated scale reading at check-in.

• All guests weighing between 250 and 300 lbs will be assessed at Capacity Surcharge (CS) of $50 for Kona flights and $25 for Hilo and Oahu flights. The guest will be guaranteed a window seat.
• All guests weighing over 300 lbs will be assessed a Capacity Surcharge of ½ of 1 fare at regular price. The guest will be guaranteed a window seat.
• All guests weighing 350 and up are required to buy 2 seats. They will be guaranteed a window seat and an empty seat next to them.

By maintaining proper weight and balance in the aircraft we hope to provide our guests with a safe, smooth and comfortable Air Adventure with Paradise Helicopters.

Cancellation Guidelines

• We reserve the right to cancel a flight due to maintenance or weather. If that is the case, a full refund will be issued

Refund Policy

• We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Once within 24 hours of the scheduled date, reservations cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Passengers will be refunded if they change their reservation outside of the 24 hour no-cancellation window
• Rescheduling outside the 24-hour window can be done without an additional charge
• Seats can be held with a credit card.
