Charters:
Customers who book a private charter are able to cancel up to 72 hours prior to their flight without penalty. Penalties for cancellations inside the 72 hour period will consist of any expenses or costs already incurred on behalf of the guest. Credit card fees are non-refundable.
Tours:
Cancellation fees may be assessed based on how far in advance from the flight the cancellation occurs – see list below. Currently, our reservations call center is open 7 days a week, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
- Cancelled 2 or more business days in advance of flight: Full refund
- Less than 48 hours in advance: No refund
