You have the choice of being set up on either our Balance Due program (recommended) or our Referral program.

The Balance Due program refers to us charging the net rate to either the guest credit card or the company credit card (required to be kept on file with us).

For the Balance Due program we will need the following:

1. Balance Due Sales Agreement
2. Credit Card Authorization Form

The **Referral **program refers to us charging the guest the full amount at the time of booking, then paying the agency a commission after the flight takes place. (ACH is recommended for this option)

For the Referral Program we will need the following:

1. Referral Sales Agreement
2. W9
3. ACH Form (optional)

*Please note, commissions are calculated on the base rate, which is retail rate less the fuel surcharge.
