Why don't you offer a specific departure time for helicopter tours listed online?

Advertised tour times are approximate and may need to be adjusted due to demand, availability, and seasonality. For most tours, we offer guests the option to request a morning or afternoon departure. Paradise Helicopters is a Part 135 On-Demand Air Carrier and as part of this classification we cannot post guaranteed departure times.

After a booking is made, our reservations team will contact you at the email or phone number you provided to coordinate on a specific departure time, typically by noon the day following when the booking was made. If you booked less than 24 hours before your selected departure time, we will be in touch as soon as possible but we do invite you to please contact us if you have any questions.

To inquire about departure times before booking, please call us at +1 (808) 969-7392 and we will do our best to get you a confirmed departure time for your desired flight date.

We fly a considerable amount of utility or commercial services flights in addition to tours. This requires our pilots to have a more diverse skillset than the tour pilots of most other helicopter touring companies.

They must have a heightened commitment to safety and fly with precision while navigating constantly changing conditions on the ground and in the air. It keeps our pilots sharp, engaged, and requires a higher caliber of skill. This all adds up to increased safety for guests. Flying a tour is the easiest thing our pilots do.
