- We have modified our operations to observe COVID-related mandates. Please visit our Health & Safety Protocol page for more details on offerings and our efforts.
Our Commitment to Your Safety
The safety and health of our guests and crew are always our highest priority. We are monitoring the information released by the United States federal government, state, local offices and health organizations to ensure we are following the very latest advice for services we provide, and we are doing everything we can to assist our guests. Recommendations from the CDC
Elevated Cleaning & Disinfecting Measures
We have adopted an elevated cleaning and disinfecting regimen for all human contact areas which include aircraft, vehicles, bathrooms, and guest waiting and check-in areas. By executing sanitation procedures in all these areas and between all flights, we exceed the cleanliness levels recommended by the CDC. Ground crew staff and pilots have been briefed on procedures, as well as how to identify guests presenting COVID-19 symptoms. When cleaning and disinfecting, our staff wear personal protective gear and follow an extensive checklist to ensure health safety measures are followed. Learn more about our full Health & Safety Protocol on this page.
Keeping Up to Date
We will contact you if we need to make changes to your booking. Please inform us immediately if anyone in your party starts to exhibit any symptoms which identify them as possibly having COVID-19. If your or your party’s contact information has changed since your booking, please notify us so that we can communicate any update as efficiently as possible.
What You Can Do
One of the most important things you can do to ensure your own health and safety is to observe heightened personal hygiene and follow the guidance from health experts like the CDC. Some of these include: wash your hands for 20 seconds with soap and water, cover your mouth when you sneeze or cough, avoid touching your face, and avoid placing yourself in situations where you are in contact with large populations of people. If you start to exhibit COVID-19 symptoms before your flight, let us know as soon as possible. How to Protect Yourself, from the CDC
